Q: All my mailboxes disappeared, what happened?

A: This happens if the database is not up in time when the app server starts. 

   Solution: make sure the database is up, and then restart the app server.

   Note that, in later versions of Bugzero, mailbox loading is handled more robustly.
   After initial failure, it will wait and try a second time. Further more, if the 
   mailboxes were not loaded up properly, a Reload button will be available for the
   admin and thus a server restart is no longer necessary.
