Q: Are there any restrictions for the project ID?

A: Yes. The project ID is used as a prefix for the bug table names and for
   some table index names. Certain characters (such as empty space) are not 
   allowed. In some database systems, particularly DB2, these names are
   limited in size to only 18 characters. In these cases, your project ID 
   should not exceed 17 characters.
